Will they suit my face?

Each pair lists its shape and fit notes. Aviators and squares flatter most faces; if you’re between styles, oversized frames are the safest pick. Not right? Exchange free within 30 days.

How long does delivery take?

Free UK delivery on every order, tracked and insured — typically 3–10 working days. You’ll get a tracking link as soon as it ships.

What if they’re not right?

You have 30 days to return or exchange, no quibble. Just keep them unused with the original packaging. Refunds are issued within 14 days of us receiving your return.

Are they covered by a guarantee?

Every pair carries a 12-month guarantee against manufacturing defects. If something’s wrong with the build, we’ll replace it.

Do the lenses protect against the sun?

Yes — all our lenses are UV400 rated, blocking 100% of UVA and UVB rays.

How do I look after them?

Wipe the lenses with the microfibre cloth provided, using lukewarm water if needed — avoid paper towels and harsh cleaners. Store them in the case when you’re not wearing them.
