    Free Standard Delivery on all orders.

    Delivery: 5–10 working days
    Tracking: Provided via email once your order ships

    Order Processing

    Orders are processed Monday–Friday, 9am–6pm GMT.

    Orders placed before 2pm GMT are processed the same day. Orders placed after 2pm GMT are processed the next business day. Weekend and bank holiday orders are processed the following Monday. We don't process orders on UK bank holidays.

    Tracking & Updates

    Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking link.

    Delivery

    We ship via Royal Mail, Evri, or DPD. Delivery estimates are working days and don't include weekends or public holidays.

    If Your Order is Delayed

    If your order exceeds 9 working days, contact us. We'll investigate with the carrier. If significantly delayed, we can arrange a refund or replacement at our discretion.

    We are not responsible for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control (force majeure, carrier disruption, customs).

    Lost or Damaged in Transit

    If your package arrives damaged:

    1. Do not discard the packaging — keep it as proof
    2. Contact us immediately with photos
    3. We'll file a claim with the carrier and send a replacement or refund

    Damaged goods claims must be reported within 7 days of delivery.

    Change or Cancel Shipping Address

    Contact us within 24 hours of placing your order if you need to change your address.

    Undeliverable Orders

    If your address is incomplete or incorrect and the package can't be delivered, the carrier will attempt redelivery. If redelivery fails, the package returns to us. Reshipping costs are your responsibility.
