Refund policy

Your Right to Cancel

You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to cancel your purchase and return it for any reason — no questions asked.

Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, with all original packaging and tags attached.

How to Return

1. Email support@vesper-collective.com with your order number and reason for return
2. We'll send you the return address within 24 working hours
3. You arrange and pay for return shipping (unless the item is faulty or incorrect)
4. Once your return is received, we inspect within 5 working days

Refunds

We process refunds within 14 days of receiving your returned item, using your original payment method.

Bank processing typically takes 5–10 additional business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately with photos. We cover the return shipping and issue a full refund or replacement at your choice.

Non-Returnable Items

• Items showing signs of wear or damage beyond inspection
• Items missing original packaging or tags
• Custom or made-to-order pieces (flagged clearly on the product page)
• Final sale items

Cancellation Form

You may use the following model to notify us of cancellation, though any clear statement is accepted:

"To Vesper Collective / YOFINDER SAS: I hereby give notice that I cancel my contract of sale for the following goods: [order number, items]. Ordered on [date], received on [date]. Name and address of consumer: [your details]. Date: [date]."
